植生混凝土专用外加剂的制备及性能研究

摘    要:将固体聚羧酸系减水剂S、粉煤灰、早强剂E、超细粉X、引气剂Y、pH调节剂P按质量比6∶10∶4∶77∶0.1∶2.9进行复配,制备了一种植生混凝土专用外加剂RD-EC100。将该外加剂用于不同品种水泥、不同强度等级混凝土,对混凝土的强度、孔隙率和pH值等进行了测试,并与市售同类产品进行性能对比。结果表明,该复配外加剂RD-EC100的水泥适应性良好,且性能优于市售同类产品,推荐最佳掺量为4%。

Abstract:A special admixture RD-EC100 for planting concrete was prepared by solid polycarboxylic superplasticizer S:6%,fly ash FA:10%,early strength agent E:4%,superfine powder X:77%,air entraining agent Y:0.1%and pH regulator P:2.9%.In addition,the performance indexes of concrete strength,porosity and pH of different varieties of cement and different strength grades were determined,and compared with commercially available product performance.The results show that the cement has good compatibility,the performance of the admixture is better than the commercial products,and the recommended optimum dosage is 4%.
