轮边驱动电动汽车主动悬架LQG控制仿真研究

摘    要:为了提高轮边驱动电动汽车的行驶平顺性,以车轮减振型轮边驱动系统作为研究对象,在其基础上设计不同的主动悬架布置方案。首先建立1/4车辆主、被动悬架动力学模型;然后采用最优控制理论设计车辆主动悬架LQG控制器,并基于层次分析法确定车辆各性能评价指标加权系数;最后在MATLAB/Simulink软件中建立仿真模型并进行仿真分析。仿真分析结果表明,相比于被动悬架,主动悬架两种布置方案均能有效地提高汽车行驶平顺性,综合考虑车辆各性能评价指标的改善效果,主动悬架布置方案二优于布置方案一。

Abstract:In order to improve ride comfort for in-wheel motor electric vehicle,different active suspension layout schemes are designed on the basis of in-wheel motor system with vibration-absorbing as the research object.The dynamic model of 1/4 vehicle active and passive suspension is firstly established.Then a LQG controller for active suspension is designed by applying the optimal control theory,and weighted coefficients of each performance index are determined based on the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the simulation model is established in MATLAB/Simulink software and the simulation analysis is carried out.The simulation results show that,compared with passive suspension,the two active suspension layout schemes can effectively improve vehicle ride comfort.Taking into account the improvement effect of vehicle performance indicators,the active suspension layout scheme 2 is superior to layout scheme 1.
