无机胶凝生物质阻燃装饰板的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以木粉为基本原材料,以氯氧镁水泥作为无机胶凝剂,采用响应面法优化了无机胶凝生物质阻燃装饰板的制备工艺,测试了板材的力学性能、隔声性能和燃烧性能。试验结果表明,无机胶凝生物质阻燃装饰板的最佳工艺为:木粉用量40%、n(MgO)∶n(MgCl2)=7.1、预糊化糯米淀粉用量3%,热压温度120℃、热压时间30 min、热压压力1.4 MPa。在该工艺条件下制备的板材具有良好的力学性能、隔声性能和阻燃性能。

Abstract:In this paper,the preparation process of inorganic cementing biomass flame retardant decorative board was optimized with wood powder as the basic raw material and magnesium oxychloride cement as the inorganic cementing agent by the response surface method.Furthermore,the mechanical,sound insulation and combustion performance of the biomass functional decorative board of inorganic gels are tested.The experimental results show that the optimal mating ratio of this experiment:the dosage of wood powder is 40%,molar ratio of Magnesium Oxide and Magnesium Chloride is 7.1,the dosage of pre-gelatinized glutinous rice starch is 3%,and hot pressing temperature:120℃,hot pressing time:30 min,hot pressing pressure:1.4 MPa.The prepared boards have good mechanical properties,sound insulation performance and flame retardant performance.
