硫酸镁与聚羧酸减水剂复配对混凝土性能的影响研究

摘    要:将无机早强剂硫酸镁与聚羧酸高性能减水剂进行复配,研究复合产品在低温(3℃)条件下对混凝土性能的影响,为开发早强型聚羧酸减水剂产品进行探索。结果表明:在一定掺量条件下,将硫酸镁早强剂和聚羧酸减水剂复配使用,可以有效提高混凝土在低温环境下的1、3、28 d抗压强度;硫酸镁的加入对聚羧酸减水剂的减水、保坍效果有促进作用;当聚羧酸减水剂掺量为0.13%时,硫酸镁的最佳掺量为0.3%。

Abstract:The inorganic early strength agent magnesium sulfate and polycarboxylate water reducing agent were mixed and used,and the effect of the composite product on concrete performance index was studied under low temperature condition(3℃)for the development of early strength polycarboxylate water reducing agent.Test proved that complex of magnesium sulfate and polycarboxylate water reducing agent can effectively improve the 1 d strength,the 3 d strength and the 28 d strength of concrete at low temperature under the condition of certain dosage.At the same time,the addition of magnesium sulfate can promote the effect of polycarboxylate water reducing agent on reducing water and controlling slump loss.When the content of polycarboxylate water reducing agent is 0.13%,the optimal dosage of magnesium sulfate is 0.3%.
