云南地材复合掺合料对混凝土性能的影响

摘    要:云南省由于当地缺乏优质矿物掺合料,以及近几年省内交通工程建设量巨大,导致优质矿物掺合料更加匮乏,且价格较高,严重影响工程建设。针对上述问题,对比研究了云南地材复合掺合料和粉煤灰配制C30、C40、C50强度等级混凝土的拌合物性能、力学性能、耐久性能和经济性。结果表明:采用云南地材复合掺合料配制的混凝土在拌合物性能、力学性能和耐久性能均达到或超过粉煤灰混凝土,同时经济性优于粉煤灰混凝土。

Abstract:Due to the lack of high-quality mineral admixtures and the huge amount of traffic engineering construction in Yunnan Province in recent years,high-quality mineral admixtures are relatively scarce and the price is very high,which seriously affects project construction.This paper focuses on the issue and compare the mixture performance,mechanical properties,durability and economic indicators of concrete at C30,C40,C50 strength grade compounded with ground material composite admixture and fly ash,respectively.The results show that the concrete compounded with the ground composite admixture can reach or exceed the standard of that with the fly ash from the perspective of the mixture performance,mechanical properties and durability,and have a better economic benefit.
