摘    要:基于力学性能和路用性能试验,探讨了生物质重油调和沥青冷再生混合料用于铺筑路面的可行性。试验结果表明,将生物质重油部分替代道路石油沥青生产泡沫沥青冷再生混合料是可行的,随着生物质重油掺量增加,生物质重油调和沥青的高温性能降低而低温性能显著提高;掺加生物质重油对基质沥青的发泡特性有负面影响,生物质重油掺量过大,泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的力学性能、路用性能和长期稳定性能明显降低,适宜的生物质重油掺量为15%~30%。

Abstract:Through mechanical properties test and road performance test,the feasibility of biomass heavy oil blended asphalt cold recycled mixture for pavement use is discussed.The results showed that with the increase of biomass heavy oil content,the high-temperature performance of biomass heavy oil blended asphalt decreased and the low-temperature performance increased significantly.Mixing biomass heavy oil has a negative impact on the foaming characteristics of matrix asphalt.With the increase of biomass heavy oil content,the mechanical properties,road performance and long-term stability of the foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture decrease significantly.It is feasible to substitute the biomass heavy oil part for the road petroleum asphalt to produce the foamed asphalt cold regeneration mixture,and the suitable biomass heavy oil content is recommended to be 15%~30%.
