| 摘 要： | 在实验室用吡虫啉０．０５％，０．１％和０．２％三种浓度对台湾乳白蚁进行毒土触杀，穿土和选择性试验。吡虫啉触杀速度较毒死蜱慢，０．０５％浓度需６天才能全部杀死白蚁。穿土试验结果表明：白蚁不能穿透吡虫啉三种浓度配制的毒土层。

| Abstract: | In laboratory assays, the effects at concentration of 0.05%, 0. 10%and 0.20% imidacloprid on contact toxicity, tunnelling and choice of Coptotermes formosanus.The contact toxicity was lower than chorpyrifos, within 6 days all termites were killed in concentraion of 0.05% imidacloprid.In tunnelling assay,the termites could not penetiation through 5cm soil layer treated with the 3 concsentraions of imidacloprid.In choice test, the termites stay significantly less in filter paper containing imidacloprid, the result showe that the imidacloprid had a clear repeller action. |
