| 摘 要： | 论述功率型ＮＴＣ热敏电阻器的工作原理及其技术指标，研究了以Ｍｎ－Ｃｕ二元系氧化物为基，掺入Ｆｅ，Ｃｏ，Ｎｉ的氧化物组成多元系统材料的性能，选择出应用于工业化生产的最佳配方。

| Abstract: | The principle and specifcation of power NTC thermistor was described. Onthe basis of Mn-Cu two component oxide system doped with Fe, Co, Ni element oxides,the poly-component system was investigated. The optimal compositions have been se-lected to apply for industrial production. |
