摘    要:配电网供电可靠性的提升依赖于完善的继电保护技术,介绍了一种基于5G无线通信的配电网快速故障隔离技术,利用5G通信大带宽、高可靠、低延时的特点,突破了光纤通信对传统配电网快速故障隔离技术的限制,为智能分布式配电保护技术得以应用在更多的场合提供了新方向。为了解决常规GOOSE报文无法在5G网络中传输的问题,提出了将R-GOOSE协议应用于智能分布式配电保护的方法,并对该方式下5G带宽及流量问题做了探讨。最后通过试点工程应用,对通信性能、保护功能进行了验证,证明了整体方案的有效性和适用性。

Abstract:The improvement of distribution network power supply reliability depends on perfect relay protection technology.This paper introduces a fast fault isolation technology of distribution network based on 5G wireless communication.By using the characteristics of 5G communication with large bandwidth,high reliability and low delay,it breaks through the limitations of optical fiber communication on the traditional fault isolation technology of traditional distribution network,and provides a new direction for the application of intelligent distributed distribution protection technology in more occasions.In order to solve the problem that conventional GOOSE messages cannot be transmitted in 5G networks,a method of applying R-GOOSE protocol to intelligent distributed distribution protection is proposed,and the problems of 5G bandwidth and traffic under this method are discussed.Finally,the pilot project application was used to verify the communication performance and protection functions,proving the effectiveness and applicability of the overall scheme.
