摘    要:采用钽镁共沉淀法制备MgTa2O6粉体,然后与BaCO粉体混合制备Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3(简称BMT)微波陶瓷材料,成功地解决了TaCl3溶解问题。对钽镁共沉条件和粉体热分解工艺与粉体的平均粒径和钽镁比例关系;BMT陶瓷制备工艺与材料的微观结构和微波性能关系进行了研究,制备的MgTa2O6晶相粉体平均粒径为0.3μm,最大与最小粒径比为5。制备的BMT陶瓷的几乎不含BaTa2O6等杂相,

Abstract:MgTa2O6 powder was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method, and then mixed with high purity fine BaCO3 powder to prepare Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3 (BMT) ceramics by ordinary dry method. The problem of TaCl5 dissolving has been solved. The influence of coprecipitation and thermal decomposition conditions on the particle size and Ta/Mg molar ratio of MgTa2O6 powder was studied. The relation of microstructure and microwave properties of BMT ceramics with Ta/Mg molar ratio and sintering conditions was also investigated. The crystalline MgTa2O6 fine powder with particle size of 0.3 m (dmax/dmin=5) was obtained by chemical coprecipitation method. BMT ceramics without BaTa2O6 extra phase, which has a unloaded Q value of 5400 (at 10 GHz), was obtained by the wet-dry combination technique when the BaMgTa is 312 (molar ratio)
