摘    要:海南东方1—1凝析气田位于南中国海的西南部,与海南省陆地之间的距离约为104 km,最大水深70 m。东方1-1海底天然气管道连接海上中心平台与陆地终端天然气处理厂,管道直径为533.4  mm,长度为105.859 km,海底输气管线内壁未做涂层处理。东方1—1海底输气管线干燥工程采用甘醇干燥技术,实现了对其的干燥处理。介绍了东方1—1海底输气管道排水/干燥工艺涉及的清管器设计、干燥剂选择、排水/干燥方案设计、排水/干燥标准等技术环节,设计了除水/干燥方案。研究指出:聚氨酯材料制作的直板型清管器具有较好的耐磨性和密封性;能满足长距离海底输气管道排水和干燥剂干燥的要求。根据质量守恒原理建立的海底输气管道干燥剂浓度分布模型,其预测结果与东方1-1海底输气管线的实际干燥结果能较好吻合,可应用于海底输气管线干燥方案设计与操作程序设计。

Abstract:Dongfang 1—1 condensate gas field lies in the southwest of South Chinese Sea. Its distance to Hainan shore is 104 km. The maximum water depth is 70 m. The offshore gas pipeline connects the offshore central platform with onshore terminal gas processing plant. The pipeline diameter is 533.4 mm. The length is 105.859 km. The internal wall isn't treated with coating. The pipeline is dried with glycol swabbing. The dewatering/drying techniques of Dongfang 1—1 offshore gas pipeline are introduced including the pig design,drying agent selecting,the dewatering/drying program,and the dewatering/drying standards,etc. And the dewatering/drying program is made. Study shows the straight plate pig made from polyurethane materials has good wearing and sealing performances, and can meet the requirements of dewatering/drying for long offshore gas pipelines. With Mass Conservation principle,the distribution model of drying agent concentration of offshore gas pipeline is developed. Its predicting results make good match with the real drying results of Dongfang 1—1 offshore gas pipeline. The model can be used for the drying program design and the operation procedure design of offshore gas pipelines.
