| 摘 要： | 介绍了硼螯化合物合成诺氟沙星的方法，收率高(总收率62％以上)。在最后一步与哌嗪缩合后，后处理采用醇水混合物代替水，使哌嗪的回收更加简便，降低了成本。

| Abstract: | This paper indroduced the synthesis methed of norfloxacin by borane compound.The product had high quality and good yield(62 %).After last step of the piperazine reaction,the mixture of alcohol and water instead of water be used for the last treatment.The recovery of piperazine was simple.The cost was reduced. |
