摘    要:电站叶片体积庞大、表面粗糙,为曲面和变截面制造,进行超声波检测时影响因素多。在缺陷分布严重的两块试块上进行了测试,并比较了缺陷测量值与实际值,给出了表面粗糙度、频率和探测面平行度的影响与超声波声能损失的关系。

Abstract:There were many factors affecting ultrasonic inspection of the large turbine blades in power plant. The two samples with serious defects were tested and the test results of the defects and their practical values were compared. The relationships between the energy loss of ultrasonic waves and the effects of transducer frequency and the roughness and parallelism of the samples were given.
