摘    要:介绍了CAN总线特点及其在石油测井仪器中的应用.为适应快速组合测井平台数据传输的要求,利用DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A的CAN控制器模块,开发了基于CAN总线的测井数据采集系统.该系统是联系井下仪器与遥传的中间环节,负责接收地面下发的控制命令,上传采集和处理的数据.在硬件上采用统一的电路以解决重复设计的问题,具有一定的通用性;在软件上采用模块化方法,体现出设计的灵活性.描述了DSP控制器、CAN通讯、CPLD逻辑、数据采集电路的实现方法,以及主控制流程、CAN数据收发流程的编写.整个系统具有较高的可靠性和扩展性,在实际应用中也取得了很好效果.

Abstract:The characteristic and application of CAN bus in logging instrument are introduced. To meet the need of data transmission in fast combination logging platform, a logging data acquisition system based on CAN bus has been developed using CAN module built in DSP chip TMS320LF2407A. As an intermediate fitting between logging tools and telemetry, it receives down orders and transmits up data being gathered and processed. By standardization circuit in hardware and modularization method in software, the circuits of DSP controller, CAN communication, CPLD logic and data acquisition with improved universality are described, and the main flow chart and CAN data reception/transmission procedure with better flexibility are drawn. The system has been well applied in practice with preferable reliability and expansibility.
