钛刚玉陶瓷的结构和性能研究

摘    要:比较了97瓷与钛刚玉瓷中不同添加剂对烧结机理的影响,并采用XRD、SEM和EDS等方法研究了两种陶瓷的显微结构。结果表明,Al2O3陶瓷中引入适量镁铝尖晶石和二氧化钛添加剂可降低烧结温度,促进烧结,同时能获得较理想的显微结构,有利于机械性能的提高。

Abstract:The effects of different additions upon sintering mechanism in 97 ceramics and titanium corundum ceramics have been compared,and the microstructure of two ceramics has been studied by means of XRd,SEM and EDS.The result shows that opportune magnesium-aluminium spinel and titanium dioxide in Al 2O 3 ceramics can reduce sintering temperature and advance sintering,and can gain ideal microstructure and increase mechanical proprties.
