铝自熔电解槽节能技术

摘    要:本文通过在实验室条件下研究了铝电解中掺杂了Li、Li+Ba、Mg+Fe盐的石墨电极对阳板的电催化作用,发现了这些掺杂电极能显著降低碳阳极反应的过电压。通过实际应用表明,该项技术给自焙铝电解槽带来了很大的节能增产效益,在一定程度上开避了高温熔盐电解槽节能的新领域。

Abstract:The electrocatalysis of Li,Li+Ba,Mg+Fe salt-doped graphite electrode to anode in aluminum electrolysis was studied in laboratory.It's found that the doped electrode can obviously reduce the overvoltage in carbon anodic reaction.Proved by practical application,this technology can bring the effect of saving energy and improving output in self-baking aluminum cell.To some extent,it starts a new field for high-temperature fused-salt electrolysis cell.
