常规游梁式抽油机技术改造实践

摘    要:对在用的能耗高的旧常规游梁抽油机进行技术改造,是当前降低抽油机能耗的一个首要任务。将旧机改造成偏轮游梁抽油机,为油田旧抽油机节能改造提供了一新途径,经现场实践,偏轮游梁抽油机改善了抽油机的运动特性和动力特性,降低了功耗;充分利用原机的构件,优化关键部位,使各构件受力合理,并具有较合适的安全系数,节能效果显著,运转平稳,管理方便。

Abstract:The technical reform that old beam pumping units with high energy consumption change into eccentric cam beam pumping unit is done. It is a chief duty to reduce energy consumption. By field practice, eccentric cam beam pumping units can improve moving properties and power characteristic of pumping unit, and reduce power consumption. The eccentric cam beam pumping unit make full use of original member and optimize key member, so it makes each member's force rational, and energy saving result is outstanding.
