| 摘 要： | 成形砂轮的修整是影响成形磨削工艺发展的难题之一.在含有两移动轴和一转动轴具有联动功能的数控砂轮修整器中,设计了成形砂轮的修整装置,不仅解决了二次曲线回转面成形砂轮的修整,而且提高了对磨钝砂轮重复修整的定位精度.

| Abstract: | Wheel form surface dressing is one of problem influencing development in form grinding technique.In this paper,it is discussed how to design dressing device of form wheel in NC wheel dresser with three axes(two moving axes and a circumrotating axis)ganged function.The design has not only solved wheel form surface dressing with conic rotary surface,but also improved orientation precision of wheel form surface dressing to restore repeatedly blunt wheel. |
