摘    要:研究了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)共混改性聚丙烯(PP)的热流动性及其连续玻璃纤维毡增强改性聚丙烯复合材料在- 20℃、20℃下的冲击韧性和常温拉伸及弯曲性能。结果表明,HDPE在一定范围内可改善PP的热流动性;HDPE、EPDM 与PP共混,可显著提高PP的冲击韧性,而拉伸及弯曲性能有所降低,但经过连续玻纤毡增强后,材料的力学性能,包括冲击韧性、拉伸及弯曲性能都得到了大幅度提高。

Abstract:Thermal fluidity and impact ductility of polypropylene modified with HDPE and EPDM were investigated. The results indicated that the thermal fluidity of polypropylene was improved with adding an amount of HDPE and the impact ductility was obviously increased and other mechanical properties were decreased after modification with HDPE and EPDM. But the loss of the mechanical properties could be made up through reinforcement with continous glass fiber mat for the mechanical properties of the composite was increased significantly compared with the modified polypropylene matrix.
