摘    要:以活性红紫X-2R为目标污染物,研究了利用UV-柠檬酸铁-H2O2体系对其进行脱色的各种影响因素与TOC的去除效果。试验结果表明,Fe3+、H2O2、柠檬酸浓度、辐射波长、络合物种类和偶氮键数量均能影响染料脱色,并且H2O2对254nm短波辐射相对于420nm长波辐射更为敏感,在254nm辐射下,脱色率随H2O2浓度变化显著。另外,H2O2浓度也是影响矿化的一个重要因素。在活性红紫X-2R的质量浓度为50mg/L,Fe3+、H2O2和柠檬酸的浓度分别为0.10、2.5和0.05mmol/L的条件下,反应1h后TOC去除率达到83%,高于UV-Fe3+-H2O2法的70%。

Abstract:With reactive red violet X-2R as target contaminant, the influence factors on its decoloration by UV-Ferric citrate-H2O2 system and the removal effect of TOC were studied. The experimental results showed that, decoloration of reactive violet X-2R could be affected by concentration of Fe3+, H2O2, and citric acid, radiation wavelength, complex species and number of azo group; H2O2 was more sensitive to 254 nm shortwave radiation than 420 nm longwave radiation, the decoloration efficiency changes obviously with increase of H2O2 concentration. It also indicated that H2O2 was also an important influence factor on mineralization, when the mass concentration of reactive red violet X-2R, Fe3+, H2O2, and citric acid were 50 mg/L, 0.10, 2.5 and 0.05 mmol/L respectively, the removal rate of TOC after 1 hour reaction reached 83% which was higher than the 70% gotten by UV - Fe3+ - H2O2 process.
