摘    要:针对在线监测电站锅炉对流受热面积灰的需要,建立了对流受热面的污染监测模型。以某300 MW机组的1 025 t/h锅炉为监测对象,开发了受热面积灰在线监测系统,成功实现了锅炉对流受热面污染的在线监测。

Abstract:With the rising demand for on-line ash fouling monitoring of convective heating surfaces of power station boilers,fouling monitoring models of convective heating surfaces are established.An on-line ash fouling monitoring system was developed and successfully applied for the 1 025 t/h boiler in a power plant 300 MW unit.
