间同1,2-聚丁二烯的热性能研究

摘    要:由钴催化剂合成的间同1,2-聚丁二烯是结晶性的,熔点在120~230℃。研究发现,聚合物的DSC图中出现双重熔融峰,主要是因为结晶聚合物中存在稳定性不同的晶区,在动态扫描时聚合物晶区内部发生晶体变型、微晶优化和重组。

Abstract:The syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene synthesized by cobalt catalyst was crystalline with a m.p.of 120~230 ℃.Endotherms observed upon heating for samples isothermally crystallized from melt exhibited a double melting profile.The peak temperature of the endotherm that appeared at a lower temperature showed stronger dependence on the heating rate than that appearing at a higher temperature.The results of partial melting experiments demonstrated that the high endotherm was not affected at all by melting of only the crystals responsible for the low endotherm,indicating that the double melting behavior was due to the existence of two crystalline species with different stabilities.
