高校企业建立现代企业制度初探

建立现代企业制度是高校校办产业改革的方向和自身发展的客观需要,使高校企业成为承担有限责任、自主经营、自负盈亏、照章纳税的市场主体,并承担保值增值的责任。本文就高校企业建立现代企业制度的现实意义、我校的实践探索等问题进行了探讨,并针对存在的问题提出具体的对策与措施。

An Exploration on How to Establish Modern Enterprise System in University- run Enterprises

To establish modern enterprise system is the reform direction of university - run enterprises, and it is also a requirement of its development, which will turn these enterprises into market main bodies of shouldering limited responsibility, of independent management and finance, and of being responsible to pay taxes and keep their assets increase in value. This paper makes an exploration on the practical significance of establishing modern enterprise system in university - run enterprises and some practical problems came up in my college, and it also puts forward some concrete coutermeasures.
