硬状态钢喷丸影响层组织强化的表征

摘    要:经过淬火和低温回火处理的弹簧钢60Mn的喷丸影响层的显微硬度和X射线衍射线的半高宽显著减小,而屈服强度却大幅度提高了.这一结果说明用显微硬度和X射线衍射线半高宽表征硬状态钢喷丸影响层的组织强化可能给出错误的信息.

Abstract:Shot peening greatly decreased the microhardness and half-width of X-ray interference lines of the surface layer for quenched and low temperature tempered spring steel 60Mn, whereas its yield strength raised remarkably. This result demonstrates that the structure strengthening of the shot peening affected layers for steels in hard state can not be correctly characterized by the measurement values of microhardness and half-width. The layers are work hardened instead of work softened.
