摘    要:介绍了某钢厂采用底吹CO2工艺,转炉冶炼CSP中低碳钢过程的变化,探究底吹CO2的工艺优势,为后续工艺优化提供借鉴.通过在120 t顶底复吹转炉进行底吹CO2工艺试验研究,分析了底吹CO2对钢水成分、炉渣成分、氧气消耗、钢中氮氧含量的影响.试验结果表明:底吹CO2工艺替代常规工艺切实可行,且有明显的工艺优势.底吹0.9...

Abstract:The change of converter steelmaking after CO2 bottom blowing for low-carbon steel producing in CSP process in a steel plant is introduced,and the process advantages of CO2 bottom blowing is explored,which provides reference for subsequent process optimization. Based on the industrial test of CO2 bottom blowing in a 120 t top and bottom combined blowing converter,the influence of CO2 bottom blowing on steel composition,slag composition,oxygen consumption,nitrogen and oxygen contents in steel was analyzed. The test results showed that it was feasible to replace the conventional bottom blowing with CO2,and CO2 bottom blowing had obvious process advantages. When the CO2 consumption of bottom blowing was 0.97 m3/t and the end-point carbon content was greater than 0.08 %,the manganese content at the end point could be increased by 0.05 %,the iron oxide content in slag could be reduced by more than 1.18 %,and the oxygen consumption would be reduced by 4 m3/t. The above effects would be weakened with the decrease of end-point carbon content. When the mass fraction carbon was less than 0.055 %,it would be similar with the conventional process.
