| 摘 要： | 职业倦怠已成为影响高职院校教师专业化发展的重要因素。本文从社会层面、高职院校、教师个人三个方面提出了高职院校教师职业倦怠干预和消解的策略,为高职院校的师资队伍建设及教师的专业化发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Occupation burnout has become an important factor restricting professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward intervention and resolution strategies of higher vocational college teachers＇ occupation burnout in three aspects of society, college, teachers, which can provide reference for vocational college teaching team constriction and teachers professional development. |
