摘    要:研究了取样方向和取样形状对热轧板材强度的影响,结果表明:横向试样的强度值大于纵向试样,该各向异性特征取决于(112)<110>织构强度,板状试样的强度值、伸长率均高于圆棒试样,另外,随着卷取温度的升高,圆棒试样的屈服强度呈先增后减的趋势,随着回火温度的升高,圆棒试样的屈服强度增量增大,并且纵向增量比横向大。

Abstract:The effects of specimen orientation and specimen shape on strength of X70 pipeline steel in tandem rolling were simulated. The results showed that the values of strength(YS & TS)and yield ratio of specimens in the transverse direction were larger than that of specimens in the longitudinal direction and the anisotropic property was in agreement with the { 112 }〈 110〉 ideal orientation. All values of strength parameters of strip specimens were larger than that of round specimens in both of transverse and longitudinal directions. Furthermore, yield strength of round specimen firstly increased and then decreased along with the increasing of coiling temperature. It was concluded that increments of yield strength of round specimens in creased along with the increasing of temper temperature and yield strength increments in the longitudinal direction were larger than those in the transverse direction.
