镀锌钝化故障排除及钝化液中H2SO4含量的分析

摘    要:采用重量法分析镀锌钝化液中H2SO4含量并对槽液进行调整时,发现H2SO4含量测得值明显偏高.采用电位滴定法测定该钝化液中H2SO4含量,结果表明,新方法测得的H2SO4含量低得多,更接近真实值,能较好地指导槽液的维护,说明其准确度较好。

Abstract:The H_2SO_4 content in the passivating solution of zinc plating determined by weight method is erroneous and much higher than the accurate value. A kind of potentiometry was promoted for determining the H_2SO_4 content in the passivating bath. The results show that the H_2SO_4 content analyzed by the new method is accurate and much lower than that tested by the weight method, and good passivating effects were obtained when the H_2SO_4 content analyzed by the new method was used for maintaining the passivating solution.
