冲击器缸体强度的有限元分析

摘    要:冲击器缸体是冲击器的重要组成部分,由于其工作情况和受力非常复杂,用常规的方法无法对其进行准确的受力分析。运用ANSYS有限元软件对YSC-178型射流冲击器的缸体进行了应力应变分析,得出了与实际情况相符合的分析结果,说明应用有限无法可以以对钻探机具的各部件进行准确的受力分析,并进而可以指手和优化设计。

Abstract:The cylinder of percussive hammer is an important part. Due to the complexity of working and strain conditions, it is very difficult to exactly analyze its force using general methods. ANSYS software is adopted to analyze stress and strain of cylinder of YSC-178 type Fluid Efflux Hammer and results are obtained in accordance with factual condition, which show that finite element method is a very accurate and reliable method to analyzed every parts of drilling tools and to guide and optimize design.
