| 摘 要： | 研究了抗菌聚丙烯(PP)母粒和抗菌PP键盘的制备方法。将无机复合抗菌剂经过振动分散改性后，与PP基体共混制成抗菌PP母粒，再采用注射成型制得抗菌PP键盘。经测试表明，抗菌聚丙烯键盘的力学性能得到提高，抗菌性能良好，抗菌率达到99％以上，抗菌成分缓释行为好、抗菌持久，可以满足公共场合使用时对抗菌缓释性及长效性的要求。

| Abstract: | The preparation technologies of antibacterial polypropylene ( PP) mother particle and antibacterial PP keyboard were studied. The inorganic antibacterial agent was modified by vibrating and dispersing. Then it was blended with PP to get antibacterial PP mother particle, and the antibacterial PP keyboard was prepared by injection molding. The results showed that the mechanical property of antibacterial PP keyboard was improved. The antibacterial performance was excellent and antibacterial rate was above 99%. The performance of antibacterial ion released slowly and antibacterial peorid could last long. Therefore antibacterial PP keyboard might satisfy the requests of releasing and lasting in domestic application. |
