摘    要:为了解未来中小型钻机的发展趋势,对目前在用钻机的主要传动方式进行研究.阐述钻机传动方式的变化过程,从功能配备、结构复杂程度、传动效率、技术性能、可靠性和成本等方面综合比较分析各种传动方式的特点,给出对中小型钻机的发展和管理建议.结果表明:电传动钻机技术更先进,应用会更广;液压钻机也具有广阔的前景.该研究可为新产品研发和油田设备管理提供理论指导.

Abstract:For understanding development tendency of small and medium-sized rigs in future, research on main driving ways of rig. Describe change of rig driving ways, analyze and compare driving way features from function allocation, structure complexity, deriving efficiency, technical performance, reliability and cost, give suggestion for small and medium-sized rigs development and management. The result shows that: electric driving rig technology is more advance and its application is wide. The hydraulic drive rig also has good prospect. The research can provide new product research and development and oilfield equipment management with theory guidance.
