摘    要:为了满足各油田用户对连续管钻井、压裂及深井、超深井开发的需求,突破国外对高强度连续管制造技术的垄断,国家石油天然气管材工程技术研究中心成功研制出首盘国产规格为Φ50.8 mm×4.44 mm CT100钢级高强度连续管。通过国家石油管材质量监督检测中心的第三方检测,其各项理化性能合格,满足API SPEC 5ST标准要求。国产CT100连续管可承受高载荷,适合深井、超深井作业,尤其在页岩气开发中进行多段压裂、钻磨桥塞等作业具有显著优势。

Mechanical Properties Research of High Strength CT100 Coiled Tubing
Abstract:In order to meet the development requirements for oilfield users in some aspects, such as coiled tubing drilling, fracture, deep well and ultra-deep well, break through the foreign monopoly on high strength coiled tubing manufacturing technology, Chinese National Engineering Research Center for Petroleum and Natural Gas Tubular Goods successfully developed the first CT100 high strength coiled tubing with size of Φ50.8 mm×4.44 mm. Through the third party(State Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Oil Tubular Goods) inspection, the various physical and chemical properties are qualified, meet the requirements of API SPEC 5ST. Domestic CT100 coiled tubing can bear high load, it is suitable for deep well and ultra-deep well operation, especially possesses significant advantages in the shale gas development, such as multistage fracture, drilling and milling bridge plug.
