盒式装药火烧温度的测试方法研究

摘    要:为了测试盒式装药在受到火焰燃烧时的安全性能,运用自行设计的测控装置系统,实时监测盒式装药在受到外界火焰燃烧时盒内的温度变化以及盒外(距盒50mm)火焰燃烧的温度变化,分析研究了装药盒内外温度与时间的变化,并针对装药盒的密封性做了对比实验。研究发现在相同装药条件下,相比不密封的装药A,完全密封的装药B热分解峰值温度较高,装药发生燃烧反应的剧烈程度也较大。同时,通过计算其表观活化能,验证了自发火温度与实验测得结果的一致性,进一步证明了密封装药B的热安定性以及此套测控装置的可用性。

Research of Temperature Measurement on the Cassette Explosive Burning
Abstract:A self designed measuring and control device was applied in real-time monitoring to test the security performance of cassette explosive. The experiment mainly studied the response characters of cassette explosive as heating and the temperature variation both in and out of the package. A further contrast experiment on the leakproofness of cassette explosive and analysis of relation between temperature variation and time have been done. The results indicate that compared to unsealed package A, the completely sealed B has a higher decomposition temperature, and more fiercely in burning under the same condition. Through calculating the apparent activation energy, the spontaneous ignition temperature was verified to consistent with the measured results, which further proved the thermal security performance of the completely sealed B, as well as the availability of the measuring and control device.
