摘    要:分析了一台接近使用年限的汽轮发电机组产生振动故障的原因。振动测量结果表明,机组的振动主要原因在于结构整体刚度的下降,这也是机组长期运行后各部件间整体刚度下降的结果。在处理整体刚度有困难的情况下,对机组进行了多平面动平衡。总的加重平面数目达到6个,加重后机组振动都降至合格范围。

Abstract:The vibration failure of a steam~turbo unit verging on its service life is analyzed. The vibration measurement results show that the problem is caused by the degradation of overall structural stiffness as a result of long~term operation of the unit. In view of the difficulty in dealing with the overall stiffness, multi~plane dynamic balancing on the unit is made with the weighting planes totaling up to six, and the vibration of the unit is reduced to acceptable level thereafter.
