摘    要:从涟钢100 t RH炉的实际出发,针对生产过程中存在脱碳效果不良、中包增碳以及超低碳钢连浇炉数低的现状,通过采取一系列工艺措施,有效地解决了以上问题,实现了RH出站平均碳含量22×10-6,中包增碳10×10-6,超低碳钢实现了多炉连浇,为涟钢的产品开发创造了条件。

Abstract:Start from the practice of Liangang 100 t RH oven,in view of the present situation of decarbonization adverse effects,the middle package by carbon and continuous casting furnace counts low for ultra-low carbon steel in the production process,through adopting a series of technological measures,solves effectively the above problems,achieves RH outbound average carbon content of 22×10-6,in the middle package by the carbon 10×10-6,and multifurnace-casting of ultra-low carbon steel,consequently creates the conditions for development of Liangang products.
