| 摘 要： | 理论的创新需要思维方式上的创新 ,新时期邓小平的外交方略充分体现了“一分为三”的辨证思想。联系型和发展型的三分思维方式在我国外交领域的具体运用 ,是对中国传统文化“中”、“和”思想和马克思主义矛盾学说的传承与发展 ,是在当代复杂国际形势下对自身正确定位的表现 ,是将原则的坚定性与策略的灵活性相统一 ,显示出邓小平在国际舞台上高超的政治智慧和驾驭时局的能力。
