稀土元素对9Cr2Mo冷轧辊钢组织和性能的影响

摘    要:制备了不加稀土及稀土元素含量(质量分数,下同)为0.1%的9Cr2Mo冷轧辊钢,进行了金相夹杂物形貌分析,抗拉强度和抗回火性能检测,在MM-200型环/块磨损机上进行了磨损试验,根据磨损表面形貌分析了磨损机理.讨论了稀土元素对9Cr2Mo钢奥氏体晶粒长大过程的影响.结果表明,9Cr2Mo冷轧辊钢中添加0.1%的稀土元素后其抗拉强度和抗回火性能及耐磨性明显高于不加稀土元素,磨损机理主要是犁削和疲劳剥落;组织中的硫化物和氧化物夹杂形态由质软的长条状转变为较硬的粒状;加入0.1%的稀土元素时显著细化了该钢的奥氏体晶粒.

Abstract:9Cr2Mo cold roll steels added with 0. l wt% rare earth elements and without rare earth elements were prepared respectively. The morphology of inclusion in the steels was observed under scanning electron microscope. Tensile test, resistance to tempering test and abrasion test were carried out in this experiment. Wear mechanism was analyzed according to wear surface morphology. The results show that tensile strength,tempering and wear resistance of steel 9Cr2Mo with 0. l wt% rare earth elements are superior to these of the one without rare earth elements, and the austenite grain in 9Cr2Mo steel is fined by adding 0. lwt% of rare earth elements.
