淮南矿区复杂地层大型矿井建设关键技术

摘    要:针对淮南矿区开采条件复杂等特点,结合淮南矿区第1轮新井建设工程,总结了深部大型矿井建设关键技术,具体探讨了深井建设中矿井分区开拓优化设计,冻结、注浆、凿井三同时建井技术、特厚表土层冻结法凿井技术、井筒快速凿砌技术、井筒快速揭煤技术和巷道掘进与支护技术等问题,采用综掘机+带式转载机+除尘通风机+储矸仓+扒矸机的综掘作业线,集破、装、运和除尘机械化为一体,使炮掘最高月进尺达到270 m、岩巷综掘最高月进尺达到715 m、煤巷锚网索支护最高月进尺达到1 060 m。
