化学混凝法去除制革废水悬浮物的研究

摘    要:采用化学混凝法对制革废水悬浮物的去除效果及作用机理进行了研究.正交实验结果表明:影响混凝效果因素的主次顺序为:混凝剂投药量>pH>混凝时间>搅拌强度.当PFS投加质量浓度为880~1 000 mg/L,混凝时间20 min、pH为6.5~7.0、搅拌强度为快速250 r/min、慢速65 r/min,悬浮物的去除率可达97.92%以上.采用聚合硫酸铁去除制革废水悬浮物经济、有效.

Abstract:The suspended solid in tanning wastewater has been removed by chemical coagulation process, and its efficiency and mechanism have been studied. Through orthogonal experiment, it is found that the order of the main influential factors are as follows:the dosage of compound coagulant, pH, stirring time, and then, stirring intensity. The results show that when the dosage of PFS is 880-1 000 mg/L, pH is about 6.5-7.0, and the stirring time is 20 min. After stirring quickly for 250 r/min and slowly for 65 r/min, ...
