螺旋锥齿轮摆辗工艺研究

摘    要:螺旋锥齿轮形状复杂,齿线长而弯曲,不易通过常规方法加工.摆辗作为一种新的塑性成形螺旋锥齿轮的方法,克服了精密模锻成形力过大的困难.基于有限元的方法,本文对螺旋锥齿轮摆辗成形过程进行研究,分析了成形各阶段的变形与载荷特性;针对摆辗最后阶段飞边面积较大、载荷过大的特点,提出了摆辗摆头改进的方法,减少了飞边面积,从而使得成形力减少了1/3;通过铅试件成形验证了摆辗螺旋锥齿轮成形过程,说明了摆辗螺旋锥齿轮是可行的.

Abstract:Because the shape of spiral bevel gear is complex and the curve of the gear tooth is so long and spiral , the spiral bevel gear is difficult to be processed by conventional methods. The disadvantage of over large load during the die forging process of spiral bevel gear can be overcome by rotary forging process. Using finite element method, the process of rotary forging of spiral bevel gear was studied, and deformation and load at every stage were analyzed. For the large flash and the excessive load, the improvement of the punch profile was proposed. As a result, the area of the flash reduces and the load decreases by 1/3. Through the lead specimen test, the tooth filling process during the process of rotary forging of spiral bevel gear is verified, which demonstrates that the process of rotary forging of spiral bevel gear is feasible.
