| Abstract: | Research and analysis on how to improve the quality of the drafting of patent application documents in the elec- troacoustic field are given. Combined with the characteristics of electroaeoustic field, detailed analysis and specifications on the claims and writing of application documents are introduced. Through a case ,research on special patent examination provi- sions in the field of eleetroacoustic is given. And some notices needing attention for patent application in the field of electroa- coustic are described. |
