| 摘 要： | 扼要介绍日本纺织品的质量监管情况，诸如纺织品质检机构、检验模式(如流通领域质量抽查)、内在和外观质量检验、残断针检验；有关法规如《消费品法》、《家庭用品品质表示法》、纺织品中有害物质的限量规定、消防法令中与纺织品有关的内容；对进口纺织品的质量要求以及纺织纤维和服装的几种标志。通过对我国纺织品服装现行标准与日本标准的部分指标对比分析，提出几点思考。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduced quality detection organization for textiles in Japan; detection mode such as spot check, inherent and exterior quality detections, residual broken needle detection;and related regulations, limited quantity of harmful substance in textiles, quality requirements to imported textiles; several labels to fibers and garments etc. Based on the comparison of standard between China and Japan, the author presented his own opinions. |
