基于通用CAD平台的检具设计方法

摘    要:在分析了检具设计的特点和要求的基础上,提出了在通用CAD软件平台上进行检具设计建模的一般方法。以Pro/E的通用模块为例,归纳了利用面组功能来生成检具体成型面的3种方法:拉伸到面组、加厚面组、用面组修改实体;描述了利用族表功能来建立和使用检具规则零件库的步骤。这些方法对于一般夹具的设计也有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:According to the analysis for the feature and requirement of testing fixture design,the general designing and modeling methods of testing fixture based on conventional CAD software is presented.Under the general module of Pro/E as an example,3 methods of creating form surfaces of testing fixture bodies are concluded by utilizing the quilt function:extrude up to quilt,thicken quilt,modify solid by quilt .The process of establishing and using regular parts catalog for testing fixture is also described with the family table function.Theose methods are referible for general fixture designing.
