摘    要:论述了引进410 t/h CFB锅炉流化床冷渣器灰渣流动特性的冷模试验研究。研究表明与循环床并联运行的鼓泡床.其内部床料流动状态受循环床与鼓泡床之间压差、排渣管输送风开关状态、鼓泡床返料口结构尺寸的影响。循环床与鼓泡床之间存在床料的循环流动。

Abstract:A cold model experimental study on fluidizing characteristics of the fluidized bed in the imported 410 t/h CEBB is described and the result shows that the fluidizing state in circulating bed and the bubbling bed which is in parallel operation with the former, is effected by differential pressure between two beds, the openor close condition of the draftfan for slag discharging pipe, the size and structure of the meterial returning port of bubbling bed and a circulating flow is existed between two beds.
