减磨耐蚀技术的研究现状及发展趋势

摘    要:在日常生活和工业生产中,金属的磨损与腐蚀遍及各个方面,与断裂共同组成机械零部件、工程构件的三大主要破坏形式,其中由于磨损、腐蚀导致的机件失效所造成的经济损失占非常大的比重。它们不但损耗大量金属,而且浪费了大量资源。使得减磨耐蚀技术受到关注。根据各种技术制备的涂层的性能,本文从现代表面技术的多种分类中精简出能制备减磨耐蚀涂层的技术:电镀、激光表面加工、离子注入、离心铸造、涂装涂层技术、热喷涂技术。分别介绍这些技术的应用现状及优缺点。

Abstract:In engineering and daily life, the attrition and corrosion reaches every place. Crack, attrition and corrosion are the main destructional forms of mechanical parts and engineering components. And the economic loss due to attrition and corrosion accounts for a strikingly high proportion. , which wastes a lot metal and resource. The anti--attrition and anti--corrosion technology is given a huge amour of attention. According to the coating performance made by various technology,in the paper, the anti--attrition and anti--corrosion technology is summarized, such as electrodcposition, laser surface modification technology technique,ion injeetioin, rotary coasting, application coating technique and thermal spray technology. This paper summarizes the principle, feature, use and development trend of the anti--attrition and anti--corrosion technology.
