超级绝热材料SiO2气凝胶制备中的干燥工艺

摘    要:二氧化硅气凝胶具有极低的导热系数,是目前最有前景的绝热材料之一。不过气凝胶制备过程中的干燥存在着干燥设备昂贵、工艺复杂等问题,使其工业化生产受到限制。为解决这一问题,研究人员对二氧化硅气凝胶的干燥方法进行了一系列的研究。本文对这方面的研究及应用情况进行了概况总结。

Abstract:Silica aerogel is one of the most prospective materials with extreme low thermal conductivity. But there are problems such as expensive equipments and complicated technology in the drying process, which limit the industrial production. To solve these problems,a series of study were carried out on drying methods. In this paper, the research and application progress in this filed were summarized.
