| 摘 要： | 研究了一种利用空气／甲烷混合气体对模具表面进行离子氮化的新工艺，分析了渗层的硬度、组织及物相。结果表明，通过加入甲烷气体，可以实现用空气直接进行离子氮化处理，通过调整甲烷流量，可以获得不同的渗氮硬度和物相。

| Abstract: | A new process on ion nidriding by air-CH4 mixed gas on dies is presented, and hardness, structure and phases of nitriding layer are analyzed. The results showed that ion nitriding with air is feasible by add CH4. Having adjusted flow of CH4, it would gain various hardness of nitriding layer and phases. |
