双热电偶外热式坩埚盐浴炉温度自动控制系统设计

摘    要:本文提出井设计了一种针对外热式坩埚盐浴炉的温度自动控制系统,在传统半自动温控系统的基础上,利用单片机AT89C52作为核心元件,并采用高精度的数字转换器MAX6675来简化电路,实现了温度的自动化控制。本文分析了该系统硬件结构,构建了软件流程图。该系统自动化水平高,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:Automatic temperature control system based on external heated crucible--type salt bath furnace was proposed and designed in this paper. On the basis of traditional semiautomatic temperature control system, we used singlechip (AT89C52) as the core element, followed by a high--precision digital converter (MAX6675) to simplify the circuits, the final automatic control of temperature was achieved. The hardware configuration of this system was analyzed in this paper, also a detail flowchart was created. This system not only exhibits high-- level application in automation and also deserves popularization.
