摘    要:正交相的BaSi2是一种新型半导体材料,具有较小的热传导系数、较大的光学吸收系数和适合的带隙值,是一种潜在的热电材料和理想太阳能电池材料,有着广阔的应用前号。文章介绍了正交相BaSi2晶体结构、电学特性,综述了近年来对其热电性质的研究状况,并就当前BaSi2究中存在的问题和研究动向做了简要讨论。

Abstract:Orthorhombic barium disilicide (BaSi2) is a novel semiconductor material which has low thermal conductivity, targe absorption coefficient and suitable band gap, it is considered to be a potential solar cell material, and can be widely used. Or thorhombic BaSi2 was reviewed in detail from its crystal structure to electrical properties in the paper, and then, the research progress in thermoelectric properties of BaSi2 in recent years was overviewed. Finally, the problems existing in current research and the research trends of BaSi2 were discussed briefly.
