摘    要:本文在分析论证江西某高校体育馆地下室底板及上部结构变形受损原因的基础上,认为主要原因是地面水(降水入渗形成)倒灌“肥槽”引发了浮力作用,从而导致了体育馆地下室底板拱起及上部结构的受损。因此认为,对于中空建筑物,基础方案选择、地下室底板抗浮设计和回填土处理是确保其安全经济的主要措施。

Abstract:Basing on the analysis and demonstration to the causes of the deformation damage of the basement foundation slab and superstructure of the gymnasium,it is pointed out that the main reason is the buoyancy induced by the back flowing of the surface water,formed by the rainfall infiltration,to foundation trench.It is further claimed that reasonable choosing of the foundation scheme of a hollow building,using the anti-floating design and appropriately coping with the back filled soil should be the main measures...
